Without car, anywhere also troublesome....
Izen is a great place, mostly Jap & Korean expitriate.... Management is good too, one of the more convenience condo in MK, if u got Izen 2, they now hav a intenal link bridge to One Mont Kiara.

If you don't mind taking taxi than shouldn't be a prob, cause got no LRT and buses. Need take taxi or shutter bus to terminal bus at Duta there to transit to other places.

I not familiar with the condo but familiar with Mont Kiara.

If you looking for shopping center there 1Mont Kiara and Publika, both can be reach by walking distance or there have a bus shutter.

Yes, really troublesome.
Company only provided house, but no vehicle.

Why only Mont Kiara, workplace there?, Have to agree, no transport/no LRT, all using taxi mostly to get in and out. Shuttle bus from Sunrise. many convenient stores and groceries , 3 just between one end of old MK and the newer end of Solaris Mont Kiara and Solaris Dutamas.

IZen kiara good place to stay. U do your shopping at one MK which is walking distance away and they have starbucks, 24 hr mc donald just across one MK. There are some banks at plaza MK as well. I would say mont kiara is a good neighborhood to stay. And if you don't have a car, in mont Kiara, iZen kiara one or two is the closest to the commercial area which allows u to walk there.

Last month price was at 800K and yet nobody interested.

Planning to buy a sub sale here in Izen 1, only worried is the traffic junction beside MK1 outside during peak hours.... anyone staying here currently can share how bad will the jam be? also, i think the major problem for izen 1 is leaking..... if the unit above u is leaking,..... who is suppose to fix it? if the oner above dont give a shit.... wat can JMB do?

So many choices in MK now, why trouble yourself if there are known problems. It's a rather old condo too, except if the price is very attractive
