Good enough for normal day to day usage.
Even Windows 8 built in Windows Defender is enough as well.

the most powerfull AV is your "extra-care".
extra carefull when accessing a website you don't really familiar.
download only common software with good review (check review first before downloading is good practice).
pay extra caution with every click.

AV is just like a medicine that you need when you sick. while good nutrition+excercise is "extra-care" for your body.

^ QFT. In addition for executable files, scan them before running.

avira generates too many false alarm
