1st get ril if u got root.
once changed or is correct ril, open gps test or maps.
then if gps test, connect wifi and bring under sky lock... make sure u get 11 satellites.
and also makesure that gps test saves ur location.
if maps, load maps and set settings to track u.
then go under sky and lock for at least 20 mins wit wifi.

for the whole week, u will get <20 sec lock without data, and if u continuously use u don't ned to do steps all over again. it will search and lock without data.

if u can't then go under sky and use gps test and w8 few min, then lock again.

i feel bad, rino don't seems to protect against scratches
