i am using Gnex jelly bean 4.2.2 stockrom, unroot. When my phone screen is turned off (locked) and let idle for more than 5 minutes, no push notifications (such as emails, Whatsapp and other IMs messages, and any other notifications that uses data) are received by my phone even though when there should be. When I turn on the screen and unlock my phone, on the facebook or others apps required data,all delayed notifications are coming. What happen to my phone or is network provider problem?

Prefer the look of the new S4 compared to S3, much more "manlier" but definitely wont jump ship...will wait for this years nexus
