PA update again,  28-Feb.
*
PA 3.10 quote:
Status update 28Feb

Two small breakthroughs actually,

1. Notifications in our Pie panels can finally be expanded, they react like you'd expect. It was an obvious flaw, but as we have said before, these panels are actually written from scratch. Pie is a self-contained UI and part of the android statusbarmanager (SystemUI), all features had to be re-implemented piece by piece. whats still missing is a /// button but thats peanuts.

2. Hybrid properties can finally be stored on the SD card. A lot is coming in that regard but since so many of us are currently very busy we better keep still.

Minor tweaks,
New bionic updates,
Dashclock hides lockscreen clock (kang from kufikugel)

Maguro (gsm galaxy nexus), todays build does not require you to flash a custom kernel

IMPORTANT
Your old property backups will not be recognized anymore. But they are safe, just copy them from /data/user/0/com.paranoid.preferences/files/backup -> /sdcard/Android/com.paranoid.preferences/files/backup

last night PA 3.10 04 March update.
quote from G+:
QUOTE
Minor status update 3-4 march

PIE:
Statuspanel header with time, date and /// clear-all button
Notifications one-finger swipe-open gestures

Misc:
AOKP's sound to vibration toggle
+Koushik Dutta 's SuperUser updates
(Mako) Flickering when switching apps is gone
(Mako) HSPAP support

Should you have missed it, we switched to SuperUser. We believe SuperUser is where its at currently, there's a lot of progression that we welcome. The root permission is genius for instance. Its open-source, looks good, integrated into the Android settings, multi-user ready, and well, it behaves properly like a cog. There has been quite some fuzz about SuperSU getting self-conscious and asking for money but let's just not get into this. The new permission alone makes it worth it and we want to help spreading it. Should developers pick it up root can at last be made trustworthy.

Nightlies will roll out soon. (-:

what's you guys think about brand ZTE?
recently ZTE seems very aggressive on smartphone:
1. first ever Tegra 4 smartphone.
2. first ever Snapdragon 800 smartphone.
3. first ever Intel new Atom model smartphone.

$99 ZTE Nexus 5? Why not?

Report claims Tegra 4 will outpace Snapdragon 800, But it’s based solely on Nvidia benchmarks

and nobody cares as we won't see many vendor to sell any devices with Tegra4 whistling.gif only more Snapdragon SoC feature smartphone and tablet in coming..

as everyone know google and motorola working on X-phone. here is latest new rumor update:
Motorola X is the Motorola NXT, Rumored as the “NXT” (pronounced “Next”)

rumor spec:
- Nvidia’s quad-core Tegra 4i (lower or cheaper version of original Tegra 4 but with LTE integration)
- 4.7 inch FHD display, 468ppi pixel density
- 16MP rear camera
- 5MP front facing camera
- Android 5.0, or “Key Lime Pie”
- dimension: 131.2 x 66.7 x 7.9 mm

expected to make a splash at this year’s I/O in May.

* the rumor photo showing NXT are fake !

When you have heard of more than 1 spec circulating, then it's most likely remained as rumour.

The spec I saw was:
1) Dual core, for LTE capability
2) 10mp camera, 5mp front
3) FHD, 5", probably 4.7" if screen shortage issue happens.

Design was not firmed due to screen size issue.

That is all.

BTW, NXT, would Apple sue, or Google is poking fun at Apple?
*
yeah, I saw this set of rumor too. if dual core and 10mp camera are true, then is really doh.gif 4.7" screen size still ok. just wait n see in May.

Do you know that Tegra 4i is using Cortex A9? Revision 4 of Cortex A9 clocked at 2.3GHz.

Wonder how well that that perform  hmm.gif

no matter how well it's can perform, won't gain any single cent from my pocket.

Which Trinity kernel version works with 4.2.2?  I'm on ARHD.  This one doesn't work becos it's for 4.1.2, right?
TNP1344-307-JB-4.1.2-STABLE67

How about this one?
TNP1344-307-JB-STABLE63
Wow can't find AdAway in Play Store already.  Better backup my APK for future own use.
