QUOTE(Scavia @ Apr 9 2013, 02:03 AM) Minimal miui icon pack. yea me only 3 home screens. My homescreen. Just one page, never use more than two page for my homescreen. Icon pack/theme : key lime pie concept HD too many defeats the purpose of having it, waste lots of time to scroll and waste system resource oso |

QUOTE(springfall @ Apr 12 2013, 11:06 PM) true, max brightness, side bit hard but oh well.. lol what really made me interested is that all the s3 units on display, when u open a browser u can see massive IR Ghosting so clear that u can see Galaxy SIII wording nice n clear also i went around disabling their demo(was fun breaking their passwords), uninstall their demo app. then assess their system and tether 4G LTE for the whole x shop. named the free wifi - Y Shop Free WiFi 4G for all! and left all the phone locked tat was fun i hate windows and android stores, they mostly dont have wifi/guest accounts for you to test internet related apps. what a turnoff |

QUOTE(mikeeeee @ Apr 18 2013, 10:03 PM) anybody using RoundR apps?? Very subtle UI mod but very pleasing to my eye . feel n look like webOS cards i used it these few days. It's amazing how a subtle addition affects our experience with the device. Feels like im instagramming all the time And the curves really suits gnex which is curvy all over it's body. |

my sis's S2 was on CM10 (4.1), then she hand itchy go to the settings and clicked update. So it DL on its own and Now she's on CM10.1. Lots of problems - many apps Force closes , even play store. Not even clearing the cache and clear data solves the problem.
im now trying to manually DL and flash CM10.1 to the S2. I read in the thread need to flash JB Bootloader using ODIN first. Is this necessary? For Gnex never have to deal with odin and bootloader stuffs... |

with more features added in, and based on their track record, we can update, but just that performance probably suffers from it
for example - google now. Lightning fast on N4, sluggish for GNex (even with ondemand governor) i really wish they can optimise the new features like apple does, so 'old' technology doesnt need to feel outdated. For apps in mobile phones, why cant dual cores be enough for the job...? |

I've upgraded from Atom v9 to v13, kernel - AK SKL
quite smooth alrdy. Still has some load time here and there sometimes, cannot fight with N4 and iphone. Gotta be content tho, this is possibly the smoothest 2011 android phone for now. Feel like trying codex/axiom/bigfoot but lazy to do. |
