Hello guys, this is my first time overclocking my GeForce4 MX 420. I read through all the guides but im still not sure wats my graphic card limit. My original memory clock was 333MHz but now im at 368MHz and when i run the 3D Mark thing, everything seems to be ok. Im afraid of my graphic card being spoiled if i go any higher.

PS. Im not really sure how to tell whether the graphic is good anot in the 3D mark.

Ok, thats the problem.... Im not very good at spoting artifacts. The 3D Mark only offers me 1 test which is the flying dogfights in the air. Could u guys give me some hints to spot those artifacts.

oo i think my driver is version 6.14.0010.5216 (English).

Btw, my memory clock is now 408MHz but still no sign of any artifats. My default memory clock is 333MHz, should i go on further?

Ok, i just found out my clock speed started showing artifacts at 483MHz so i set it to 473MHz. My question is can the clock speed be overclocked from 333MHz to 473MHz without any coolers?

Ok thx alot dude, but the fan from the PSU can be added into the casing?

Btw, i managed to overclock my graphic card. Core Speed from 249MHz to 329MHz. Clock Speed from 333MHz to 473MHz. I didnt use any extra inner fans/outer fans for this. Issit ok for me to overclock it that high?

Yeah, i was just overclocking for some knowledge... Anyway im gonna add a fan facing the GC using a fan i took from an old PSU. But for now im not using it yet... Would it get too hot without the xtra fan?
