y microsoft active sync can't connect?, hp6300 series can't connect to pc!

the problem just occur today, when i connect to windows, it will connect a while then disconnect suddenly, i can't install any program now.
very urgent things... please help!!! i had install the new microsoft active sync 4.1.0 aso can't connect.... anybody can help!!! thanks a lot!!! |

did u install new update for active sync from dopod? i've installed it b4 but i uninstalled it back because i have to set the HTC USB to Serial each time i want to connect to pc. it wont save the setting and after uinstalled it .. my device connect to the pc as usual.
