Hi guys. I'm a college student, just started my GCE A-Levels at Sunway College. I've always loved the violin, but my hometown didn't have one, so I didn't take it up when I was small.
Now I'm wanting to take it up. Can anyone recommend me a good teacher around Sunway?

I can't really say I have a music background, although I fooled around with a cello for 2 years. (Funny my hometown has a cello teacher but not a violin teacher ). I just want to learn violin up to the extend I am able to play my favourite songs as a pastime. I don't really want to pass those bloody exams, but if its compulsary to improve my skills, then I'm fine with it. Someone help please~

I was studying with her for about a year plus, she's a great teacher. I started when I was 25, with not much musical experience before this, and yet I did pretty decently in the Grade 2 exam. She's patient, great ear for tiny details, and not afraid to scold you if she thinks you can do better.

Sadly as of end of last year she's no longer teaching in Malaysia (at least that's what I think, I have to get in touch with her soon to get my cert lol). She's in Australia at the moment if I recall correctly.
