After you convert USD price to RM, then add another 15% or so..

To be sure, just give them a call and inform them the model you interested for stock availability and price, very good customer service

Funny, I would say that their customer service are just okay.

They usually don't pay much attentions to people who are serious in purchasing the items but not really well dressed.

Maybe that's changed but the KLCC branch has terrible customer service for me.

Do people have fear of just going into the shop to ask how much a particular item would cost in Tiffany? They are just employees earning a living. If they provide lousy service or give you the "You don't look serious in buying" look, walk away and find another shop.

Duh, which is why I am skeptical to those who said, they got good service.

He specifically wants a Tiffany Bracelet. There is no way to get one unless you buy it from Tiff and Co. Sadly, going to another shop theory of yours will not work in this case laugh.gif

Which is why, if TS can travel overseas and get a Tiff Bracelet, better to get it there rather than here.

About RM 580 a year ago.
If the string breaks and you lose some of the beads it will RM 180 to repair and about 3 weeks as it is sent to Hong Kong.
When i asked them why it breaks easily as I bought 2 and both broke they told me that it is not recommended for everyday wear.

Was being a chinaman that day, was rushing to pick up something.

Asked them the price once. Asked them twice. Their response are worst than Pasar Malam auntie selling cookies or food.

Decided not to purchase even after knowing the price. Got it from my fren who incidentally flew back from US the next week.

Managed to save a 10+% on the price and 100% on attitude.

Besides, it's not only me who has been complaining. My fren that was scouting for a proposal ring was not treated well as well.

Call up or go into the shop and ask. Easy solution.
