hi, i have a sensation xe z710e unable to switch on.
it happened while playing game & charging, the back cover was quite hot. suddenly it just shutdown & went dead. checked the battery using another phone (xl), it's also dead. do you know what may be the problem? how much to repair? hope it's not costly, otherwise buy another phone better option. tks |
