I have updated but it's a custom rom.  And i was bored.

Totally dead or what? Mine everyday also dismount and mount. I always wake the phone after it sleeps for a while so that it can detect the sdcard again. Once it detect I plug in to to pc via usb and format the card. Later format again from phone. But really annoying have to this everytime the sdcard acts up. Bought the card at sabah. Now cant rma.

I would suggest that you get more information from the caller, since it may be a scam. Scammers won't give you additional information about who they are. You can call 03 7492 2123 for clarification as well.

NEVER give the CVC numbers to others.

Your uncle very daring or some say foolish giving all his CC info over the phone. It ia so dangerous and the other person now got all his cc details.  I would advice him to monitor his cc transaction after this to prevent any hanky panky.
