Mine was OS. I paid 1.89 usd for the app to find out I cant choose photo from gallery. Then later I just check for update for OS and update then its working.

i don't have those problems. Why don't you return your unit for warranty? or for good? my experience on iphone wasn't that great as you portrayed, either. That's what puzzled me.

the only thing i'm not happy with this phone is battery life.

first time i've read in 18 versions (45,000 posts or more) that someone is disappointed in the battery life.

i do not understand how is it not good battery life if it has one of the largest screens in the market, one of the largest battery packs in the market, a considerably thin phone, and relatively good review about the battery life from everyone else

might be because i use S pen too much. on weekends i rarely use the phone, so standby wise, i don't really know.

Note II is having one of the best (or even the best) battery life for smartphones league for now.

well on my experience last week before updating my Yahoo Weather, my note2 last 4 days and 2 hrs with 4hrs SOT. Then an update with Yahoo weather pop up and updated suddenly after a few hours battery drop so fast but during that time Im not sure what apps making it drop like a 2fast2furious then after unstalling some apps still same then the other day an update from Yahoo weather again and check the changelog: optimized battery usage - darn I update then after observing few hours and it backs to normal..

so might be the apps though using apps like the one posted in 1st page is best practice to know which app making your battery drain so fast so try to find the culprit @kokokranc

Are you using 3g? Hows the 3G signal in your office?

If it is weak, switch it to use EDGE only. Your battery will drain much slower. This is because the phone is constantly searching for faster signal.

When i am at home, and on 24/7 WIFI, my SOT (screen on time) is almost 9 hours. With a Standby of more then 30 hours.

I had this issue when I just got my Note II in October last year.
After the update, no more crashing until today.

Just to be fair, my apps on Android seldom crash.

I got limited apps so I seldom encounter crashes also only the Instagram Exp which I think its an Apps issue.

I also noticed like Asphalt 7, it only crashes on me when my battery already around 15% or below but above that it works fine so seems apps with high battery consume tends to crash if battery almost out?
