hey guys...need help...my fren installed the whole creative suite2 but the problem is the illustrator cs2 not running...say the requested operation cant be completed....any idea guys?...thanks alot....

you had to remove/uninstalled it first! This because you did installed it before in your system but fail. Get microsoft uninstall program from their web site.

Try reinstalling the whole suite again. If the problem continues call Adobe. They are very helpful in soving problems.

actually my fren is using pirated software then she got this cs1 version in her mac...even though she reinstall it a few times but its stil having d same prob....i guess i hv to call her to uninstall the first version then install d cs2 version....mac platform is alil diff i guess...anyway thanks for everythin guys appreciate it alot...
