Dear Olivia, First of all, I apologies for what you have encountered. I have checked with the seller, seller said the factory sent out wrong item for them. For Taobao, most of the seller, they don't keep stock. They place order in the warehouse, then warehouse will send out the stock for them! However, seller agreed to bear the postage fee to exchange from Guangzhou to LiaoNing, which is RMB8. For the shoes, every online buyer bear the risk of colors, sizes and other details different. Kindly refer back to my first page, there are terms and condition stated "No Refundable, or exchanged If you are dissatisfy with your Goods." so I can settle nothing for you on this. For your missing item, please refer this mail I have sent to inform you on 3rd April 2013. Not missing item, is warehouse no stock which I have Informed you.  Warehouse received http://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10...id=21473352009&http://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10...id=13108582401&Another 2 items, seller said warehouse still pending. No, I bought countless times frm taobao I'm askin pei li to inform the seller about the shoe condition. yeap. because when i asked you about my package, you said its on hold waiting for that remainder item.
After a week/or few days. i asked again: I saw all no more de; no need order the latest one. How is my orders? All the clothes received de?
you replied: Your items is all delivered to warehouse. It is awaiting for weighing process:)
So of course I assume everything is there, since you said everything arrive de.
I am not askin refund for shoes. But ask you inform the seller about the POOR condition of the shoes.

I do my best for every of my customer, however it may be still, below your expectation. For 2 of the items delivered to warehouse recently, I'll arrange it on flight tonight and bear on the air freight as my remuneration on the misunderstanding. The other two items which don't have stock in the warehouse yet, I'll refund for you with your advance payment. Please advise if you would like to amend receiver details. Hi,
Whenever the things you order didnt arrive, everyone will of course panic. As mentioned before in the email, you said everything arrive de. So of course 1st reaction is to inform you so you can check with the warehouse or seller. After all it is urgent since it is not days but weeks since delivery, and because of that it is harder to trace back.
wrongly ordered clothes & poor condition shoes are to inform you to inform the seller, especially in the comments section.
The post that comes after the pictures containing: Did you ordered wrongly was before you answered me that you ordered correctly but warehouse send wrongly.
But because it is lowyat forum, I cant delete my old posts.
I do not doubt your service, but because of panic mode, just worried why suddenly clothes missing and all after you said all arrived de right.
There are still things that I want to order, so do not have to refund me yet.
