Sorry to burst your bubble, but your budget will not get a decent Nvidia card at that price range.

AMD cards fare better at this price range.

Save up for a 650ti,you will appreciate the performance improvement.  Less than 500 iinm.

nvidia is normally sucky when it comes to entry level cards, but the 650ti is not too bad for the price its asking, especially if you really want an nvidia card

I REALLY suggest you to save up a little more for the 650ti. your CPU is great ready, get this GPU and you will get a pretty awesome gaming experience( as long as you are not gaming on a full HD screen)

but the above ATI cards are better than your 9500gt but........

If your power supply has a 6 pin plug should be fine

Actually there are some good Nvidia cards around your budget. GTX 650 (non-Ti) is on par with the HD 7750 that i recommended you last night. However, one of the cheapest GTX 650 from Leadtek is almost RM60 more expensive than the cheapest HD 7750 out there (RM305). So it's really up to you. The GTX 650 Ti is also a good option, last time i saw an ever cheaper one from Gainward at around RM449, but it may be finished already. You may check with this seller here.
