If not there during delivery lagi teruk
Physical shops aren't bad. U just walk right in, browse through their wares. Pay for the product u want.
and taht's it. no need to WAIT for delivery from online shops. Save the agony of waiting for the delivery man.
And of course, the final price is not as per their pricelist.
some haggling is necessary to get the best prices.
And that's the reason to go there personally instead of looking / comparing at those pricelist.
Some online resellers / shops do not keep stock of the products they advertised as selling.
There's a lag time there , ordering the product and delivering to cus.
Then there's their QUALITY of after-sales-service to consider, be it physical shops / online sellers / manufacturers of the product itself. sometimes it's not just the lowest price u can get factor.
Warranty/RMA claims. might need to factor in mailing back charges.
Consider this life scenario as an example:
The power button of my obsidian 800D was damaged.
Emailed to corsair support team. Got a reply from them a few days later.
free replacement of the entire front panel with shipping charges borne by corsair.
and they even without asking too much questions on how the button was damaged in the first place.
That's what I call excellent after sales service. although corsair products comes at a slight premium, it's worth paying for.
