Liquid based cooling are indeed superior performance wise to traditional passive cooling on many levels for those who are willing to go for it.

All premium highest card are "overpriced" so are certified overclocking CPUs. You don't need a Titan card to play the latest titles, they are just there for those willing to splurge for surpassing benchmarking standards and getting the best out of today tech hardware in the market.

Likewise you want the best then prepare to pay for it.

Most fan based GPU thermal cooling solution here should perform adequate as long as there is proper airflow ventilating in and out however for passive thermal solution here don't bet on it due to the local tropical climate over here not to mention be prepared to always clean them if you want the card to perform in top top conditions.

Or maybe just get a high-resolution HD Projector and panel if you have the room and budget for that.
