Just seen this phone. Looking good. But lack of SD card is quite the deal breaker. Xperia Z I'm yours

Anyone actually used wireless charging yet? I'd like to know how long it takes to charge from empty. It's been claimed Nintendo Virtual boy could be the next craze but how many people actually even heard of it today.

QUOTE(waveweaver @ Feb 28 2013, 10:13 AM) Duhh..for Samsung..they release phone for different categories. For their flagship there's only S Series for phone and Note Series for phablet. The rest for mid and low tier phone. It's the 'new' iPad all over againFor HTC..last year you get HOX then comes HOX+ and end up with Butterfly. Think and feel about the HOX user..buying that phone thinking they buy a flagship phone..but not yet over one year suddenly there are two more phones sitting above you. |

I bought the new iPad 2weeks before the 'new' new iPad was announced. I thought iDevices would have at least a year shelf life.

QUOTE(Agito666 @ Mar 8 2013, 02:57 PM) antenna problem gua. use metal will cause a lot problem wor I'm using a HTC Sensation and the build is damn solid. Drop a lot of times, gotten scratched. But still repairable. I followed this guide but instead of chrome I used matte black. even ONE...maybe HTC engineering is hardworking for this model while samsung just lazy and use plastic lulz go go sell your TX and grab butterfly/ ONE The point is, the phone is already so pricey inside with all the latest tech. Why not invest extra to RnD the build too right? Look at Xperia Z, Dragon tail glass both side and IP57. HTC One X, polycarbonate. HTC One S, alloy with Micro Arc finish. Even iphone attempts to innovate on body design Samsung Galaxy S, plastic. Samsung Galaxy SII, plastic. Samsung GSIII... On another note, gonna upgrade my Sensation to this =D |

QUOTE(Miurra @ Mar 8 2013, 03:45 PM) there are many grades of plastic, polycarbonate is one of them. even the military grade walkie talkies are made with plastic. the problem with samsung is they choose a filmsy and glossy finished plastic that is the cheapest. I think you misunderstood, I referred HOX as one of the better build quality compared to Samsung. I agree with your "flimsy" description though. It does feel like it can break anytime I attempt to open up the battery cover.i don't see dual-shot plastic used in HOX as cheap built. |

QUOTE(MsiaqweR @ Mar 14 2013, 04:40 PM) I think this year will be ...and in an amazing turn of events Ninetology takes the lead!Samsung S4 vs HTC One Indirectly like Brazil vs Spain Brazil (Samsung) as the favourites to win the World Cup and Spain (HTC) as the underdogs. LG, Sony, ZTE, Alcatel just like England, France or Romania kind of teams only. Before kick-off, like England... many supporters (as one of the top favourites), but during on-field playing... kick like kampung boys and normally tapau early after first round. |

If Samsung was better made I wouldn't be so bias. But they have been going with shitty materials for ages. That's why I choose Sensation over S2. This round I'd probably go X Z or HTC One over S4 again. Long live HTC!

QUOTE(soulseeker6187 @ Mar 15 2013, 05:22 PM) S4 will be a huge success. with all the marketing budget. sure many people will buy. Dude that phone was built over a decade ago. And technically your logic is flawed. What you're saying now is :i have no problem with plastic phone, but hope their design the phone better in the future. Even the " UNDESTRUCTABLE NOKIA 3310" also plastic Samsung S4 = plastic <=> Nokia 3310 = plastic Nokia = indestructible -> Samsung Indestructible ? I'd like to to see it take the punishment of a Nokia 3310 and live. This post has been edited by redlyfs: Mar 15 2013, 05:50 PM |
