I wouldn't get too excited about hsr and quickly grab something at seremban. I mean, erl has been around for so long. How many of us actually grab something cheap at salak tinggi and travel to kl everyday with erl?

QUOTE(leftist @ Aug 12 2016, 11:57 AM) kota warisan owners seems happy bout it..buy from developer for 200k now sells at 500k wow, this is amazing, how long it take from 200k to 500k? my point is, would anyone who currently can afford a condo in kl would choose to buy a landed in salak tinggi and travel to kl everyday with erl? similarly, would anyone who can afford terrace in fringe kl would instead choose to buy semi d in seremban and travel to kl everyday with hsr?
