You are actually right, we wont be using it as frequently as we do with MRT/LRT.But can see this as an additional value. IF the price is not much different from the non-HSR area then its a good buy. Else, it may be overvalued. My friend in china says the high-speed train there cost as much as the flight, but they are more prefer to use train due to closer to inner-city (no need travel far to the airport), and no issues with delay (unlike our firefly or malindo)
