If cina uses own human resources....i believe 3 yrs can kautim lioa.
This is national project...gov can use complusory acquisition act to buy land at arm lenght transaction.
I believe the delay is more to do with 'wealth distribution' than actual work itself......

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Nov 16 2017, 11:52 AM) Hard to say leh.. Normally the valuation is standard gomen rate... If different people different valuation.. Then its would causes some issues / problems 😇 compulsory acquisition is under arm length transaction.....NOT standard gomen rate... you think gomen will acquire a piece of land of same gomen rate in KUL and Muar or Batu Pahat??????

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Nov 16 2017, 12:02 PM) I think u got me wrong.. What I'm saying is the the valuation rate.. U can't expect Muar rate given for KL land right.. What I'm saying is no premium over market rate.. Could be same with market rate, lower bit or just average previous transaction rate in the area.. Something like that... premium over market rate is a fraud jor.... macam gov sold the land damned cheap to 1mdb (reserve of what you talked above) and 1mdb sold at inflated market rate to 3rd party.

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Nov 17 2017, 09:49 AM) Hmm don't think they would included that into the valuation.. Because its would increase the cost... So they take only the basic one only... so far has the gov demolished any relatively newer homes to make way for public usage by way of compulsory acquisition?
