2% clotrimazole cream, tolnaderm (1% tolnaftate), econazine, ketoconazole cream/oitment all will do
it is normal u will feel painful when shower, coz ur skin already wound.
so pls dry up all ur affected part after bath only apply these cream/ointment. it work, just need time. or u can try econazine or candid B which got steroid tat will help u reduce the inflammation and painful condition.
try to apply 2-3 times daily. after the affected part getting better and look ok, REMEMBER to apply for another 2-3 weeks, because it look ok but the fungal still deep inside ur skin. so apply extra 2-3week will help totally eliminate all of fungal. else it will come back again.
Cheer

Jock itch. Just ensure good hygiene, and can use cream to reduce the itchiness and redness.
Most importantly, DO NOT scratch. Otherwise it'll become more inflamed, and spread even wider. Just endure the itch, change towels and underwear frequently, and it'll be gone in no time. And try not to hang your clothes/towel near someone's else clothes.

Buy the Athlete's foot powder at guardian, cost lest than rm20. Use it on your crotch 1-3 times a day.
It will be gone in 3-7 days, I promise you.

Make sure to air dry the affected areas after bath. Apply cornstarch powder to maintain dryness. Dont scratch, change underwear regularly, pakai boxers.
