QUOTE(skyline100 @ Mar 30 2013, 11:46 PM) Sorry but you judged me wrong. I wasn't "leaving" nor living in the iPhone world. In fact I don't own any apple product. When I talked about the trend, I mean this > " larger, thinner, lighter than its predecessor, more radio chips also bigger battery capacity", not the iphone 5 as a trend. Larger, thinner, lighter, bigger battery etc. I can safety say that these apply to every flagship phone. +1 I gotta admit that I am seriously not a fan of the iphone 5 when it was launched. Even now I'm still not a fan, but holding one in the hand, the design and materials used are top notch and the build of it exudes premium quality. Did I mention that it's seriously light too? The materials used are great and the feel is pretty awesome. Was seriously surprised, and in a pleasant way too. That said, I'm still not gonna buy one

QUOTE(LordDenning @ Mar 31 2013, 12:27 AM) yeah i know. check that link out. The ifixit team couldn't manage to try and open the HTC One to get into its innards without permanently damaging the casing of the phone.. thats why they gave that phone a 1/10 score on repairability.. Brian Klug from Anandtech would beg to differ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread...157153&page=354Anyway, getting a little side tracked from the GSIV topic at hand. Any concrete dates for launch in Malaysia and the estimated price? Better yet, any working demo set coming in soon? This post has been edited by joelucas91: Mar 31 2013, 12:39 AM

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Mar 31 2013, 03:52 AM) totally no idea how they do it with slimmer body + narrow from s3 http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone2=4238but that s4 is using snapdragon s600 not exynos 5 octa, waiting for this <<< The slimmer body has probably something to do with the new Gorilla Glass 3 as it is even thinner than it's predecessor This post has been edited by joelucas91: Mar 31 2013, 11:02 AM

QUOTE(redlyfs @ Mar 31 2013, 01:55 PM) And pray tell, where exactly did you hear it from? On GSMarena or some other websites. I recall reading about it online too.

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Mar 31 2013, 04:09 PM) gorilla glass 3 just the screen only what I means is screen size @@ Yup, that's why I said SLIMMER. I didn't say the bezel is less and thinner because of the Gorilla Glass. I said the thickness of the phone is thinner because of the Gorilla Glass

QUOTE(joytest @ Apr 7 2013, 01:41 PM) I just came back from the Land of 3 Stars (Sam Sung) and nobody even had a dummy unit on display. AFAIK, I don't think there are demo units in other parts of the world too.

QUOTE(waveweaver @ Apr 7 2013, 12:27 PM) Not big enough for some ppl especially those kaki flashing Beside..having external storage make life easier when transfering data/files or when changing phones I don't think the user was concerned with flashing. But if he/she is, then go for the S4 If cannot wait, get the S3 and get the software updates. If can wait, maybe even look at the Note 3
