QUOTE(waveweaver @ Mar 15 2013, 11:13 AM) Thanks. According this video it shows that it can record 1080p @60 fps , which is afaik , first for a phone to be able to.Also , Samsung is quite hesitant in showing the proc used. |

QUOTE(yyt @ Mar 15 2013, 11:32 AM) samsung did a good job for hiding the leaks of its new phone, and make it so mythical that everyone is waiting for it last night... Totally not , the leak from a Chinese forum shows the exact phone , everyone was saying it was fake and stuff but it was too well built to be one. True enough when it was unveiled today. |

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Mar 15 2013, 12:34 PM) Now I know why previous HTC said Samsung was stealing. How can they steal when the One was just recently announced? Also , Samsung was one of the first to bring back IR blaster back into devices like tablets and now in the S4.Certain camera features in S4 was already there in HTC One - Zoe. Also, S4 same as HTC One having IR receiver. hmmm................... |

QUOTE(trippin2 @ Mar 15 2013, 03:45 PM) IF there is any software to be included with it. But , the Peel app that Samsung includes in their IR capable range of tablets are only able to control TVs. However Sony does it better with their own proprietary app which is capable to "learn" IR codes to control any IR devices. |

The airview feature is something i don't really understand , Note 2 i understand how it works with stylus maybe detecting to be floating near the screen.
But with S4's latest airview , how is it achievable? What sort of detecting hardware did they put to detect fingers? |

QUOTE(zariel @ Mar 16 2013, 01:18 AM) i dont know how to say this. I have a galaxy s3 and i feel that the back cover texture of s4 (white frost) is really nice and i want to have it on my s3... S4 isn't textured , it is still the same smooth surface not textured at all. The texture design is within the plastic itself.glass and aluminum are superior, but still i feel that s4 design is not that bad... people are just exaggerating the cheapness of plastic... |

Eye tracking won't be coming that soon in a phone , imagine the processing power needed to track and also not to mention battery life.
Samsung is good at implementing features , some may be gimmicky but some like smart pause or air gesture does seem to be useful. |

Can't judge just based on pre-production software..
