Actually phone can't be much big changes, the only make it stand out probably only slighly change and material use (at least texture make big different).

Don't understand why some of you guys so concerned about the design. It is not like you want to show it off each time. To me the phone functions/features and reliability is more important. There are comments that S3 is ugly ( or fugly ?? ) - I find it perfectly nice. So even if S4 is similar design cues as S3, I still think is acceptable
These Samsung chaps are not dumb. I am pretty sure they have input in many hours behind their design decisions and as long as they meet the masses , I don't think they are concerned with those minority who wants a classier look. Basing on several blogs I have read, it will still be plastic and personally I find nothing wrong or poor about Samsung plastic quality ( having used S, S2, S3, Note and Note 2)
