S4 screen looks fair and doesn't wash out..
nice..
*
S 4 screen off course won't washed out, Samsung is using AMOLED, AMOLED won't washed out.

Only Sony phone in market will facing washed out issue.

S4 has quite a remarkable screen..
anyhow, my china brand tablet screen also can serve me very well when reading..
don't think will zoom until like that when reading..
*
Off course can read, it just the user can accept or not. It was same like some of my colleague told me they is no different in between DVD v/s Blu-ray, some of them said it look same.

I had seen those China brand tablet, those 10" tablet was way too low resolution, I can't stand any of it.

One of the reasons if not the main one they have non-removable battery is for build quality.
*

Agree, actuality this was one of the reason phone can build in solid quality and look even is use polycarbonate material.

iPhone 5 is larger, thinner, lighter than its predecessor, more radio chips also bigger battery capacity. In fact, this is the trend of many flagships phones.

No doubt there is some innovation in there, but is it enough to call it innovative? Pretty subjective.
*
I think you leaving at iPhone world too long.

Surprising you could said iPhone 5 is the trend of many flagships phone.... doh.gif the way iPhone 5 increasing that extra one bar space does not actually make the screen phone more usable or bigger feel.

iPhone lost any innovation quite sometimes already. It keep repeating minor updates not only outer but OS as well.

Sorry but you judged me wrong. I wasn't "leaving" nor living in the iPhone world.  ohmy.gif  In fact I don't own any apple product.

When I talked about the trend, I mean this > "larger, thinner, lighter than its predecessor, more radio chips also bigger battery capacity", not the iphone 5 as a trend.

Larger, thinner, lighter, bigger battery etc. I can safety say that these apply to every flagship phone.

For me, as long storage 32gb and above, no point having SD card as that also lead to slower performance.

A lot normal user even 16GB also enough for them. I am not superb light user but definitely 32GB was enough for me.

I don't really see follow trend of removing sdcard is a bad move.

2nd - I never change battery for my phone in my life before. So with none removable battery can build better solid back cover is a plus for me. Nowadays a lot user change phone every year or at least two years per one. Within this period, normally battery still serve you well.

totally no idea how they do it with slimmer body + narrow from s3 shakehead.gif

http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone2=4238
but that s4 is using snapdragon s600
not exynos 5 octa, waiting for this <<<
*
Actually when you check on S III it was obvious they still room for them to fit in the extra 0.2mm screen size. It was possible. As for the slight slimmer was nothing impossible to happen.

As camera, I was damn surprise Samsung put in such narrow view of camera in S 4. This was really a big cons even but just compare itself with S III only.

haha... you can report to us how its going when you get it during launching
*
I not getting it. Hehe

QUOTE(LordDenning @ Mar 31 2013, 07:33 PM)
Hmm. If im not mistaken, the narrow field of view is software related, so samsung might be able to do something about it before the official sales of the phone, or push updates out once people got their phone already.. Btw, according to GSM, S4 camera quality better than One wor. tongue.gif but One win S4 in terms of camera features. lol
*

So.. buying phone look every part not only one part. Hehe. Htc one still outstanding and good enough serving me. smile.gif

And narrow view shall be sensor related which can't be solved by software.

QUOTE(girl83 @ Mar 31 2013, 08:15 PM)
If people prefer camera quality, i think they will go for SONY tongue.gif
*
Sony camera sensor ia good but sony not good given better output.

QUOTE(emy_xvidia @ Mar 31 2013, 08:22 PM)
what i wrote just now is not about what you need or you think is sufficient. It's the freedom of having that option whereas other manufacturers have followed suit to what Google want. Everytime this is mentioned, cloud is something that most people would say is the future, not here, but on some other forums. Tell me, do you really wanna be that dependent on Google now? Well this is just my opinion btw, to me, its better having that options rather than not having it at all.  smile.gif
*
I pick better look, feel and material. Without having that two options is better fo me. smile.gif Samsung clumsy fragile back cover all because of integration of removable battery, SD card still can be solved by put at side.

Lighter, thinner, faster cpu, bigger battery , larger screen is all that's left in the race moving forward until someone creates something revolutionary. The laptop form factor has been the same for 20+ years, nobody complains it's a screen with kbd and battery. Even the macbook air is an extremely thin device that has the same elements.
For cloudy fans, search for a recent legal case in the US last year whereby the judgment was that once it's on the cloud, Uncle Sam owns all your bits, not you.
I'd rather control my own bits thank you very much.
*
Yup, it was simple, all flagship from every company specification was same awesome now.

So, look took important part.

Look awesome without spec, I also won't pick. Look and spec run together.

Also I won't buy same design thing twice.
