QUOTE(UserU @ Mar 16 2013, 01:56 AM) After watching the trailer, I was quite impressed. About time to upgrade from my old Ace. However, I'll wait for hands on reviews. Anyone knows a price estimation if there's a 2-year contract? I heard the price is the same with S3 last year..RRP2199 but dont know true or not. If true then you can expect the same with telcos as S3 contract price.last year.

QUOTE(joytest @ Mar 16 2013, 10:45 AM) You said it was crap, implying a host of associated (mis)functionality with that term. Of course I've seen the devs thrash exynos due to Samsung's refusal to provide full API details. That doesn't make it crap. He think CM is the only developer in this wide world. Ask whether he know who is Steve Kondik and where he working now...lolz Haters always be haters

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Mar 16 2013, 01:42 PM) No phone is perfect. So I rather pick something new, like HTC One or Xperia Z, not repeating same old look phone - S4. Yes sir..you're absolutely correct. No phone is perfect. Just buy whichever suits you. Like i said.....it's just a phone

QUOTE(sebastianX11 @ Mar 16 2013, 02:06 PM) yeah... but the feel is diff i am afraid.. you know how it is very chamfered on the S3, it feels really smaller whereas here the edge not as chamfered on S4, need to get the real feeling of the phone anyway, im excited for this phone for once i hope that 2gb rom is enought TW launcher, so when mem is low, it wont kill the launcher edited: ram i mean From what i heard..S4 is actually smaller thinner lighter than S3 despite having bigger screen http://mobile.pcadvisor.co.uk/reviews/mobi...parison-review/

QUOTE(giovanni @ Mar 16 2013, 06:26 PM) Alright, enough with the bickering and insult. Let's change the topic. Anyone knows of any nice place that offers phone skinning (don't know if this is the correct term) service. Of course not too expensive. I think Lowyat got one (2nd or 3rd floor) near the escalator. They even put skin for tablets and lappy. This post has been edited by waveweaver: Mar 16 2013, 06:31 PM

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Mar 16 2013, 11:15 PM) I just saw today newspaper (china press - chinese newspaper) said it is 4.2.1 out of the box but at the end of the livestream, showing 4.2.2 but benchmark for i9500 is 4.2.1 on antutu yet, why they show it as S 4 instead S IV ?? not like S II and S III is showing I as number, s4 is showing 4 as number instead IV They use 4 instead of IV coz it called innovation... Bwahaha. Regards those 4.2.2 or 4.2.1...wait for the actual phone release

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Mar 17 2013, 07:48 PM) That shatter proof plastic of Z is prompt to scratch. That is 2nd reason I didn't pick Z. I'm also afraid my future aluminum HTC One will suffer the same fate. If dropped and got dent..how..? Both glass and aluminum will be dangg expensive to change. If it possible to change. That's why the proven light thin bendable plastic rules..!!

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Mar 17 2013, 08:00 PM) I seldom / never drop my phone, looks ok for me. Polycarbonate in great quality like Nokia is much better. Samsung polycarbonate is kind of fragile lo. Nokia can use rigid polycarbonate because they didn't have removable battery. S4 use back cover for this so it need to be light thin and bendable. And also cheap to replace in case it break cracked or scratched. You cannot change the Nokia unibody shell if it got ugly scratch. If can also..the price will make you cry

QUOTE(SnailWithFingers @ Mar 17 2013, 08:05 PM) I think there will be a lot htc one casing, bumper or pouch around for you to protect your dear phone!! or you prefer to use it naked and expose it to possible dent and scratches This will bring you back to the first question. Why do you cares that S4 is using cheap plastic IF you gonna slap casing over it..?
