would you mind providing more details about your hair fall, e.g. when did it start, how much hair did you notice falling, etc...?

Im not sure when it started but I only realized when I was studying in matric and I noticed my part of the room had tons of hair compared to my friends'. I had to sweep the floor every other day its frustrating! At home I have a maid who cleans my room so Im not quite sure when it started.

I have naturally fine thin hair. Before that, I always thought it's normal, I just happen to be born with fine hair, my luck, bad gene (my dad has premature hair loss), because my twin is the same. Until I realized my hair falls so much compared to all my friends. There is probably something wrong with me! My twin sister has the same problem though.

It's the genes, don't worry. Human beings are different from each other. Some have hair some have less hair.

My scalp is not too oily nor it is too dry and I have very mild dandruff that I'm in the process of getting rid of with organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar which is so far doing very good. Also, the 'no poo' method has significantly decreased the amount of hair fall I usually get! I usually see tons on my pillow and brush and now I see little to none at all on my pillow and only about 3-6 on my brush every time I brush my hair. We'll how it goes in the long run, if my hair will start filling in or not. Also I heard SLS in most commercial shampoos contributes to hair fall because it shortens the anagen phase of your hair growth, so I guess the 'no poo' method is helping.

Well I can't tell that for sure because I eat whatever I feel like eating -.- Guess I should start looking at my diet and start taking biotin supplements and see if that'll help.

I also had same problem!!! Oily scalp + hair thinning!

For a while used those like scalp cleaning shampoos, not the typical shampoos to make your hair have more moisture

hi, i had same problem as urs since i was 16. these ware things u may consider:-
1. cut ur hair short
2. use organic shampoo which mainly design for hair loss control/ thinning hair
3. take ur meal in nutritious balance
4. exercises regulary (3times a week)--- ur scalp doesn't hav enough oxegen to reach if u x exercise
5. supplement- biotin, vitamin b-complex, viviscal
6. apply natural/organic hair tonic (may consider FDA approved product---> minoxidil 2%)

i hope the above information help u out =)

Thanks =)

Hi dear, maybe you can try this smile.gif
I just started using, only tried once, few days ago.
But I read a lot of feedbacks saying that it is obvious that hair drops lesser

how was the hair mask? i don't see damn awesome review about the mask?
and the ingredients in the mask are only "Ingredient: aqua, cetrimonium cloride, myristyl alcohol, coczmidopropyl betaine" - nothing that fantastic?

so do you mind sharing your experience?

Hi, there are a few reasons why you're losing hair. I did a research on hair loss and wrote this article: http://plincco.blogspot.com/2013/05/discov...-loss-part.html

Have a good read. You're only 19 and there is hope, don't worry. We're with you!

i had the same problem....since last year...so i been experimenting with different brand shampoo and cause more problem...oily scalp n more dandruff...that eventually cause hairfall..now im using a herbal based shampoo....

stress also one of the cause for hair fall... if you are on any particular medication also can cause it...other than that....

dandruff....eating habits...not drinking enuf water...not enuf sleep....no exercise...

shampoos n hair related products with chemical ingredients...(try go for herb based products)....

rebonding/perming/colouring also can contribute....

my advise change ur eating diet to include more vege n fruits...and take some supplement.....n use herbal based shampoos/oil/mask
