Bug Report File attachment feature buggy, Happens occassionally, file disappear

Happened a few times, especially in Garage Sales, the image uploaded would just "disappear", forcing me to use image hosting sites.

Bump. This has to be rectified.
It gets on my nerves when the uploaded files just disappear after uploading. |
