is not to blame current state gov. , new state gov. is just only the few HOD alot of things inside the MPSJ are still executed by the same penagarah and kaki tagan that been many influnce by the ex state gov. , imagine you last 5 year you can have many EXTRA incom but suddently this few year you only eran in your base income, Thats why the co-operatio not getting among the kaki tangan of majilis make the overall not good, and alot of kakitangan still think that their current boss are just temporary few year after this they will go back to their good old day, so they also work very dump and slow.

To overcome this, current state gov. has to be continue for another 5 year and the kakitnagan majilis can  feel no hope and start work their ass up or resign if don' t like.

and for info puchong parliment only won by PKR but negeri still win by umno rep. , if palimen rep. is balme and the negeri rep. has to be blame as well.
