the LRT build are slow than others and the LDP new flyover system commenced before the LRT project so the initial hell drainage system damaged and abandon, ball kicking around those developer, construction ppl of LRT and the LDP new flyover system designer, when plan all things look like perfect all construction will complete accordin to schdule but one party delay the basic drainage system also Fucuk, finger pointing to wait the delayed project then only upgrade the dranage system and finally the LRT contractor will blame the Tamil primary school not co-operation on the LRT project and face the LRT project delay.
