Not just the MRT construction. The area opposite IOI mall (Boulevard area) used to be flatter. Last year they raised the area, causing that part of the LDP to turn into a drain - walls on both side of the narrow part of the highway, with minimal drainage.

I was stuck there about 4 months ago after a couple hours of rain, but managed to drive thru without damage to my car. Whoever planned that area needs to be sued for all the damaged cars that kena, and not only for this time's flood.
