My car kena bang last week. already 1 week in puchong workshop still no update yet. sien call the guy directly he dorwan pickup call the service centre the lady say come back to me and never did. I wonder have they even pick up my police report done in shah alam police station.

Anyone with experience with accident especially claiming the other party who bang you?

@once again i need to thank Motorman! I gave him a call and he took the extra mile to check which insurance company when did i purchase from initially. Sorry Motorman forgotten which company i went with but the only thing i knew that time was i went along with the insurance company you recommended. so i gave you a call.

yeah man about 4 months + only. shit.. someone decided to just uturn and bang into my car.. nothing major but still kemek at the front part near headlamp...

fender only upper part near the front tyre.. yah man.. bang alreaedy he come down say. never saw my car coming..     

hehe alright thanks not sure with the term OD KFK. Could it be possible that they wait after the 2nd week get the keputusan only make?
