mind to ask is it a need for me to take this liver supplement as I do not have any serious case issue for my liver. I just consider to take thompson liverine cuz I saw d ads seems effective for those who always stays up late, having poor blood circulation...fyi, i've been having cold legs for sometime thus might consider taking it to enhance blood flow circulation..

u can take gingko, ad always misleading.. for example u can take Subrex for stress, actually it can help for who stay up late also. it is supplement anyway.

Anyway livirin and essential forte is mainly for ppl who smoke alot, drink alcohol alot, and eat high cholesterol food which may damage liver. it can for ppl who stay up late maybe due to Vitamin B inside.

No. I recommend Now liver regenerator
https://www.nowfoods.com/supplements/liver-...erator-capsules
Much better and cheaper than anything you can find in Malaysia.
Combine that with Turmeric tea (turmeric + black pepper + virgin coconut oil + hot boiling water)

Milk thistle is not the only stuff. Look into turmeric. Turmeric is way cheaper.

Nope. Go read reviews on amazon. I always prefer buying something with review. If liver problem, it's easy unless we are talking about infection here. Stop all alcohol and cigarette , all fried food, decrease simple carbohydrate, increase complex carbohydrate, take the RIGHT supplement. rclxms.gif Easier said tan done right for the average malaysian to give up clubbing, teh tarik, nasi lemak? biggrin.gif

If one is not comfortable with extracts, can always buy raw milk thistle seed and munch on them as snacks like eating peanut. That will also work. The wonders of online shopping.

Also look into the turmeric tea I posted. Turmeric tea is a wonder herb. Been taking it everyday. Last time when I had dengue, doctor gave me milk thistle and turmeric extract (Now liver detoxifier also have that 2 ingredients plus many more thumbup.gif) for my increased liver enzymes.

Their supplements work for my father's prostate problem plus their calcium (good for women before and after menopause) is also better than what is sold in malaysia but I wouldn't use their fish oil as is not IFOS certified.
