Register once and you can access online statement anytime. I did that.

Step 1: Online search for EPF hotline
Step 2: Call them up and let them know you want to check your EPF number. They will ask you your full name, ic number and name of your current company.
Step 4: They will provide you your EPF number and please say TQ after that.

To print out statement, can come to my working place the building. Bangunan KWSP, Changkat Raja Chulan. That kiosk I think is 24 hours.

most big RHB banks, AEON credit center and other govt related depts hv the EPF E-Kiosk bro.. can register there, provided ur MyKad is in working condition. just insert ur MyKad and put ut thumb for finger print verification.

last2 find out employer never contribute.

Checked my EPF Statement but even after adjusting for the actual dates of contribution, I cannot get back to the exact dividend that EPF paid me.

Even after adjusting for 366 days in 2012, actual EPF Dividend is only 99.82% compared to my manual Excel spreadsheet. Where I can seek clarification?
