Hi guys,

Anybody heard this company before? It's situated at Plaza Mon't Kiara. My friend said that it has a collabration with Altera.

So far the highest semicon if based on fresh graduate -> RM 3200 (around there). Is a standalone without bonus appreciated. Try you best of lucks.. Dice your resume there.

RM3.2k? NO wonder my friend had rejected Intel(although had signed the contract..lol) and will join them soon...

Yes, just in time, heard this company from my colleague, i think this is the pure design house and should be the best design house in KL according to my colleague..

normally they will send staff to US training..this will be my target future company when i back to KL

Not sure if they're using Altera's salary system of paying RM 3.4k inclusive of contractual bonus.

Jaalaa went to MMU Cyberjaya career fair.

I sent my resume to their email inbox but till now still no reply from them. Guess the online system isn't a good practice for them.

Yes, I did but as I mentioned in the previous post that they didn't respond my email at all. I have sent it for few days.

their major business is RF? i really might interested to work for them if i would move back to KL since i want to do design job and there are not much choice in KL with high pay

I visited their office last december when i went back, it looks like a nice place to work, small company, 50 ppl or so but they are expanding.

Expect to put in extra effort since they are quite new and they seem like a competitive bunch.

I thought Accenture pays the highest? RM3.5k. Am I right?

anyone know ceo consultancy..it is from US also..their office at malaysia is at kota kemuning,shah alam..my fren just got internship there with 1k per month..

Well do not worry. Jaalaa is fabless company doing VLSI design in CMOS. If you have taken courses such VLSI, CMOS or MicroElectronics, basically you are qualify to get in as fresh grads.

He's back from interview and no further confirmation from them yet.

Accenture fresh graduated is diverse from 2K - 3.5K (for special cases). By the way I am talking about Semicon (Semiconductor Companies), they are the champion now, if anyone got any other data lets collect it here hehe.

The online resume submission for the jaalaa might not work sometimes as it will repel back for mail daemon functionality,

ask from your friend, those who are joining or going for Interview, they might have the directors or HR contacts,

Altera and Jaalaa collaborate? I not sure but I know alot of ppl in Altera (a whole gang of designers) cabut to there (Jaalaa).

They (Jaalaa) didnt say it will be sending you to US, they will indeed bring someone from US to train in Malaysia. Please tell me where you all get those data from?

Anyway is a good company , if they are listed in the US stock exchanges then the 50 > ppl in malaysia will be rich haha.

hum...i got a friend work in there. this a local company,i think.
this company is doing system on chip 1, also can say is doing ASIC. so for those who are in this field should know wat is ASIC.

i heard my friend said the company fired 17 engineers lo. and my friend had a long delay only receive his july salery. really no idea what this company is going on behind. i think they wont close down that easily...

What I heard from my friend said that it's a new setup from US.

heard the package is very good.
i know ppl there, hopefully they are not affected, they are good engineers

This shows a strong collabration between Jaalaa and Altera.

High pay... Tak cukup 1 tahun... Bungkus!! hahahahahaha

Moral of the story... high pay is not everything... make sure you know what you are getting yourself into...

First Agilent sold to Avago.. then Intel retrench.. now this Jaalaa pulak...
Hmm.. I think vote is still with Altera.

Not the whole Agilent is sold to Avago. Agilent was just restructuring and restrategizing their business orientation. This happened December last year and it's a history already.

Altera is expanding for sure ... I have to admit that Altera is still in the top of the list.

David83..You sure Altera have collaboration with Jaalaa? in what way?
But wongsifu is right...Altera is definitely in the top choice...they construction building is so big...i think the multi-storey is the largest among Penang MNC...
any Altera people to comment?

So...do they have collaboration with Altera?..thats something weird as Altera has never published any collaborations with any companies even in the universities.

I seriously doubt they do.

and altera got no collaboration with jaalaa. ex altera
