* Prices quoted are fixed and final. No negotiation, please.

* we'll process all ur orders upon receipt of full payment & arrange for shipment once all ur parcels arrive at the warehouse. any status will update u via pm/email. any pm/email asking for status within 5 days upon payment/last add on/last replacement will not be replied.

* We are acting as a middle party to order from Taobao for you. We held no responsibility for the below:
- quality of goods.
- loss or damage of goods in the course of delivery from sellers to warehouse, & from China to Malaysia.
- incorrect/incomplete order sent by Taobao seller.

* We'll refund to you if the item is out of stock.

* We don't accept orders for dangerous goods, chemicals, gas items, powders, drugs, biologicals, plants, pets, etc.

* T&C might be updated without prior notice.

HOW TO PLACE ORDER?

* Pls provide us ur email address. We'll email u our order template form.

* Pls fill up ur order details into the order template form. System will auto work out the estimated quotes for u.

* For first time customer, after filling up the order form, pls forward the form to us for verification. We'll check thru the order form & revert to u with revised order form & our banking details. u may proceed to payment once finalising & confirming ur order.

* For returned customer, after filling up the order form, u may proceed to payment according to the total amount worked out by the order file once u finalising & confirming ur order.

* Any plus or minus will be worked out later once all the parcels arrive at the warehouse & actual/volumetric weight is confirmed.
