Check if your keys on the keyboard is ok else the application settings via the cog on the top left

BTW this is not the bug you need to know there is another more deadly one.

Basically users have a random chance to get it by dragging quickly icons in and out of the item slot or accidentally dragging the icon of the item from the shop to your item slot. The icon will stuck on your mouse point and the player will find it very difficult to do stuff. Only way to undo is to exit game and run the game again. Sometimes need to even reboot the machine. I got it myself as well as some others. But so far not sure isolated case or not

this is item bug. everyone get it. since early dota2 before. but noday idont get it anymore.i tot it is fixed already

Just got one yesterday playing bane

I sleep the bloodseeker as he killed Roash, quickly try to drop my tango but the bloody icon got stuck

I look like a complete dufus with a tango on my cursor unable to do anything

At the end bloodseeker awoke and that is the end of the story.

A few weeks ago my brother got an ultimate orb stuck to his cursor

Usually just quite the game, close dota 2, then open dota 2 again and reconnect can resolve this problem.

RC will solve the issue.. but somehow changing resolution helps too..
