I would need to clarify something, if I already have a dataplan (let say with Digi) and I gotten myself a Xperia-Z; would I have the LTE by default?

QUOTE(PeeEl @ Mar 7 2013, 04:54 PM) ok thanks, cause am unsure hw would it be like in malaysia since I've read there is a LTE sim. guess only way to knw for sure is to ask the telco directly when they announce the XZ's package...was dead set on getting the XZ till I found out about the slow camera speed of XZ (especially compared to the HTC One) as I love taking pics with the phone. Ninja's pic look gorgeous though =) Gonna see if the telco's package is good enough or not. |

QUOTE(Areas Elysian @ Mar 7 2013, 04:56 PM) You also need them to activate LTE for your number. I speak only from my experience with Maxis. If you have a 3G SIM, you do not need to change your SIM. All you need to do is to tell them you want them to unlock LTE function, and they will do so. No extra charge. It is still a service that you seem to need to activate, but it's free. QUOTE(make87 @ Mar 7 2013, 04:56 PM) Currently only Maxis having live LTE services for selected area inside klang valley, the rest telco had to wait till they announce by this year. Ok got it thanks. If there is no extra charges etc, it would quite a big draw to get the XZ considering there isn't much LTE-able phones out there in Malaysia atm. |
