Not worth the self contribution anymore since it's lesser than asnb.

I'm bracing for 4 - 4.5% for non-bumi ASM funds

QUOTE(bronkos @ Feb 22 2020, 12:59 PM)
epf self contribution is worth it if one is near to retirement or already over 55.

For myself, I'm topping up 1% to make employee/employer portion the same. Doesn't hurt my present self much when done monthly but I believe it'll be something my future self will be thankful for.

Yes if you want to go for worry free/risk free long term investment, then epf is the best.

But others say very easy withdraw. Do they ask for reasons after, say 60 years old?

Janji it's shariah compliance...

5% also give peace of mind knowing it's halal $$..
Unlike the 5.45 which considered as "not clean"..

U get what I'm trying to say 😂💯

5.45% exceeded my expectations. Was expecting less as 2019 is indeed a tough year.

5.45% already exceeded expectations given that ASB was 5.5% and EPF never exceeded ASB performance.
Embracing a worse performance next year.

Because of mixture of investment & foreign exposure 🤑
