Yeah, Malaysia doesn't have itunes gift cards, unlike US, UK, Japan or Australia. For some of us, we simply create a US iTunes ID and go on from there by purchasing itunes gift card and redeem it through our itunes ID.

heh, they blacklisted my debit card edy. Didn't charge anything though, but whenever I use my old itunes id, they would always redirect me to the payment setting and ask that I register a new CC. No worries, luckily that itunes ID still usable, not banned like yours, only cant do anymore iap purchases with it.
