If a guardian require 5 shot taking down using SHT...does it guarantee at least 4/ 5 star guardian?

can i ask a fast raijin or an intelligent fujin is better?.........and do u substitute raijin lightning 4 to physical 4 after reborn as his physical damage is higher than elemental damage........but then the wisdom +20 buff will be wasted......kinda dilemma............
