I wonder what MCC this Karaoke falls under.. Maybe 5813.

Most K joints nowadays also provide food, some even buffet. Maybe that's why they are placed in same category as restaurants smile.gif

Pls dun promote the wrong mentality...spend just to get the 20% rebate...the 80% still is an "unnecessary spending" doh.gif

I also want to know if the 5% on bill payment must be performed at OCBC Online like Citibank Online?
*
Basically all utilities payment at OCBC Online gets 5% rebate. As for payment at Maxis/DIGI kiosks for example, I'm not too sure.

This is the Ocbc website on the exchange rate and it is changing, at least sometimes the morning rate and afternoon rate is different. But I am not sure Ocbc is using the same exchange rate for credit card transaction.
You can probably try out by noting the excahnge rate, then perform on line transaction, after a few days, compare the exchange rate used.
*
If u read the T&C, they use the rate determined by MasterCard/Visa plus 1% admin fee.

(1) Anyone here have had experience paying credit card exceeds the actual amount, but the extra balance is not shown in the next statement.

i.e:

Has anyone tried this cc on any easi payment plan? because from the tnc, it's stated that epp is not entitled to the rebate. true?
*
The EPP PAYMENT not entitled to the rebate, but the original purchase does.

E.g. u buy things worth RM1200 and convert to EPP
U will get RM1200 x 1% = RM12 rebate on the month u make the purchase
But zero rebate on the instalment

Get what I mean?

NO, the trigger amount set by OCBC is higher than RM10. You can set your own trigger amount. The form can be obtained at 1st post.
