If Puchong branch, bring ur IC go over there. Print the IC copy & EPF Statement at their branch. SC will assist to fill in the form of application.

No document need to bring except ur IC.

Wait bout 1week time to get the card approve.

then can easy to get 3 swipe in one day by preset petrol over pump for rm10, rm10 and then full tank 
i applied in OCBC Cheras Alam Damai, there have EPF koisk.
normally bring IC to print EPF enough, you can also bring along 3 months payslip for support document.
one days after they called you for verified, you can call CS to check card application status already

How long have you been working for the part time income? Maybe can supply neccessary documents to prove.

Need to take extra care when dealing with Elken technician since there are many conman act as Elken technician. Make sure they wear Elken technician uniform.

My application for this card rejected again. Hmm don't know what reason. No ccriss and ctos, salary quite OK, low commitment but still rejected.

I pay my CC bill from Maybank2U, only RM 0.10 per transaction.
No need. I appealed immediately once mine was rejected and got approved after that.

At first asked my agent to appeal for me, but I don't know if he did his work.
After some time, didn't hear from him, I called to the customer service and spoke to one of the guys there.
Voiced out my dissatisfaction as they have no reason to reject me because I fulfill their salary requirements and I even have my payslips and EPF statements to prove. Plus, no outstanding and good payer for other cards.
He promised to help me to escalate.
That was on a Friday's evening (after working hours), surprised to receive a call on Tuesday's morning that my card was already approved on Monday and already sent out.

Until today it is still a mystery, not sure it was agent that helped me or the CS guy managed to escalate.
