QUOTE(goliath @ May 17 2013, 03:14 PM) OT : HSBC has changed/removed their annual fee waiver terms. Previously, it was 12/24 swipes per year to qualify for fee waiver. Now, seems like only HSBC Amanah (and maybe others Signature but definitely not Platinum) still have such condition. just phone the sc and the guy informed me 12 swipes/year is eligible to waive the annual fee. Somehow the system cannot capture only...What excuse like that? If i didnt call will end up paying the extra annual fee which supposedly nonit to paid. BTW, im using HSBC visa gold only

QUOTE(ronnie @ May 16 2013, 01:17 PM) Anybody received calls for OCBC Personal Loan from Credit Card ? Only 3% p.a.... Good deal for those who knows how to earn >5% thru other investment vehicles. Payment installment : Principal Amount + 3%, divide by 12 months How I wish I got that. My OD rate already 4.5%. Good for Aus$ FD. Now the exchange has dropped below RM3. Ocbc furher give additional 5%. For one month FD only.

damn, last night i received a sms saying that USD 1xxx was charged to my ocbc card by FACEBOOK.COM .. I NEVER use OCBC card for online transaction, just few petrol and dining
then i realize someone is using my card while i never lose my card. ..
then i immediately call ocbc center and they cancel the card, but they need to investigate the transaction.
today going to make polis report for backup purposes, hopefully i no need to pay that USD 1xxx =.=
I google around and found out that not ocbc card has this problem, many other bank get fraud from facebook.com too.
Sharing this to alert anyone who is using cc

I think yes because I didn't hear from them and only I got to know my application was rejected. You can call this number: 1300 88 5000 (8am-10pm) Use the self-service menu and once you key in your I.C. no., you will be able to know the status of your application. Select language >1 >2 >4

QUOTE(someone_stupid @ May 19 2013, 12:37 AM) Anyone got a sample of the appeal letter? On the first post, there is an appeal letter, you may use that sample. Courtesy tifosi. This card has rejected too many of us, until an appeal letter needs to be attached on this thread. I'm not sure if they still accept appeal these days, I hope yes, else you have to reapply again.

I wonder how you guys know how much rebate you get because in the credit card statement, the rebates are not itemized.
