Wow. 3% interest PA is very attractive!
I applied for the Standard chartered Cheque on call interest is 4.88% pa with cash back 0.5% for > RM10K loan.

Must have OCBC credit card in order to to get the loan?

Theres a OCBC cc booth at plaza Sentral building.. thinking of apply but i already have many credit cards... tongue.gif

SCB cc offered me 3.88% PA for 9-12 mths loan. If >1 yr interest will be 4.88%.

3% really good if > 1 yr loans.

Will be auto waived. I don't see this at all in my bill.
In fact my GST was also absorbed for this year because I have spent more than RM 10k.
If your annual usage is at least RM 10k, your GST will be waived as well. smile.gif
I didn't know I have spent so much over the year. sweat.gif

for other cards (HSBC) there will be "Total Credit Used for This Year" which come with the Dec bill. but so bad, HSBC didnt waive the GST even my usage is > 25k/year and the annual fee also appear in my statement. so, i think is time to chg to this card

Well, if the bank doesn't offer you this type of waiver, it will not be waived.
For OCBC Ti, it is on their web and T&C that they will waive annual fees if you swipe at least 12 times a year and GST will be waived if you spend RM 10k and above.

I don't own any HSBC card before, but if it clearly shows that there is no waiver, then you won't get it. smile.gif

OT : HSBC has changed/removed their annual fee waiver terms. Previously, it was 12/24 swipes per year to qualify for fee waiver. Now, seems like only HSBC Amanah (and maybe others Signature but definitely not Platinum) still have such condition.
