For TM bill auto debit is 5% or 1%. In the first page only stated TM via TMOnline
TM via UOB PayOnline <-I assume is OCBC online |

OCBC did not exactly deny about the rumoured 5% rebates cancellation when asked on Facebook. They only mentioned that ample notice will be given should such a move be done.
