I was told to go to the branch that I had selected to collect my card. What should I do from there?

IHaha..i called cs yesterday n replied that my appeal is still unsuccessful and request to appeal n emphasis that I meet income criteria n ccris is clean. They call me in the evening to inform they re processing my appeal n wait another 5 more wd for status tongue.gif hassle free for request appeal

Bring your ic and body to show them and they will pass you the card.

Also, check the CC details, and sign at the back of your card if everything is ok.

Hello, just applied in Cheras Leisure Mall.
The promoter told me that you can try to call cs to waive it even your spending less than 10k a year, anyone tried and successfully waived?
First year, upon activation 45days swipe 3 times can get rebate RM50 (just enough to waive the GST), if not able to waive on the second year, might consider to cancel it already, since I mainly using Maybank 2 cards.

Fitness first is under 5%.

I am charging my bills to OCBC and monthly I get the discount.

some ppl reported they got 1% only.

My advice, 5% is a bonus, expect 1%

yes. youre right. got your card and wait for another letter that cointains password. not need request

if no sound no news, can call customer service to send it again. hope it helps.
