That's normal as the MCC for their CC terminal could be tagged to Phone Sales.
Call OCBC to confirm the MCC code

is aeon big at mid valley entitle for 5 %?
1st post mention it is confirmed 5% but on the "places we though is 5% but recieve 1%" state aeon mid valley (pending confirmation by forummer)
*
aeon big (c4) MV = 5%
aeon (jusco) MV = 1%

so make sure you buy from the correct aeon.

then would be good. coz i heard from people in OCBC mention carrefour already change to aeon big, so under aeon, not under 5%.

but i guess they still using old terminal with same MCC code, right?

My experience tell me yes (recently).

I got 2 loans with me (one just approve earlier April)
CS told me maybe that is the reason application failed.

She also told me Annual income only refer to Salary + Fixed Allowance
Too bad they will not consider my sales commission

if you took 6, you have to pay on 26. Some ppl may not have gotten paid by that date.

I would recommend 1X, anything above 13 as the date will then fall into the next month (adjust according to the date you get your pay)
